💰 Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• $70,000 – $110,000 annual earning potential
• Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses

🔧 Express Lane Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage express service appointments
• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Write repair orders (ROs) accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with maintenance recommendations including oil changes, brakes, tires, batteries, and factory scheduled maintenance
• Recommend and upsell additional maintenance and repair services
• Communicate repair timelines, approvals, and service updates
• Coordinate workflow between technicians, dispatchers, and customers
• Ensure repair orders are properly completed and closed
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention scores
• Support daily operations in a fast-paced express service environment

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
• Previous dealership experience required
• Express lane or quick service experience preferred
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
