NOW HIRING – Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

Westbrook Landscaping LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated Crew Leader to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and wants to grow with a company that values quality and professionalism.

Pay:

$20–26 per hour to start

(Based on experience and leadership ability)

Responsibilities:

-Lead a landscape maintenance crew

-Operate commercial mowers and landscaping equipment

-Ensure every property meets our quality standards

-Train and motivate crew members

-Maintain a safe and productive work environment

-Communicate with management regarding equipment and job needs

Qualifications:

-Landscape maintenance experience required (2 years) 

-Previous crew leader experience is preferred but not required

-Valid driver’s license required

-Dependable with a strong work ethic

-Positive attitude and professional appearance

-Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
