Position is for an outpatient psychiatric medication management office which operates Monday through Friday located in St. Mary's WV. Occasional travel to Harrisville will be required

Qualification Requirements:
Computerized Medical Records and scheduling systems is preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements: The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or
feel; and reach forward with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop,
kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50
pounds.

Summary: Responsible for medical treatment, monitoring, and medication administration of clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet consumer and agency needs.
- Monitors the general health condition of the consumer, including vital signs, performs basic medical treatments, and dispenses medications.
- May order medication under the supervision of a Prescriber and according to State Law.
- Maintains the facility to ensure sanitary conditions.
- Completes documentation thoroughly and timely manner
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information and complies with HIPAA regulations
- Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services' mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and code of ethical behavior.
Qualification Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately with a variety of individuals
- Must work well in a team environment
- Work with staff, consumers and others in a professional, cooperative, ethical, respectful and effective manner.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Must have valid driver’s license
