Responsibilities:
- Maintain food quality
- Protect the quality of the guest experience
- Maintain morale and performance of line
- Offer support and constructive criticism
- Report Directly to Chef
- Help execute effective communication from and to all lines
- Help maintain 25% of food cost by managing portion control and minimizing waste
- Help maintain and improve on current 20% overall labor cost by replacing labor and training team to handle more business with fewer hands
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned
