Westbound & Down has a brewpub in Lafayette, CO. We are looking for a prep cook/Line cook to come in and prep for our day and be able to work at night depending on the need of the restaurant. We prefer individuals that are passionate about great craft beer, amazing food, excellent guest service, and being a team player.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain food quality
- Protect the quality of the guest experience
- Maintain morale and performance of line
- Offer support and constructive criticism
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Help execute effective communication from and to all lines
- Help maintain 25% of food cost by managing portion control and minimizing waste
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned
