This is a full-time on-site role for a Staffing Recruiter located in East Hartford, CT. The Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary and permanent positions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, understanding client needs, developing job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Staffing Services and Temporary Placement experience
- Skills in Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
