Employment Programs Manager 1 – Kanawha
Exempt Position
At WorkForce, WV (WFWV), this position is in the Federal Programs, WF Development unit. This position will supervise the planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of work in our organization’s Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) initiatives. Will direct the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Monitors the Division’s activities to determine compliance with state and federal regulations, policies, and work standards. Assists in the preparation and execution of program budgets. Assists the section’s Director with problem resolution through technical expertise, program and organization and management experience. Please note, this is an Exempt position and is not covered under the merit system administered by the West Virginia Division of Personnel.

Salary : $42,898 - $79,358
