Adjunct (Part-time) Faculty Position

WVU Parkersburg
is a Community and Technical College located in Parkersburg, WV along with Jackson County Center in Ripley, WV and Innovation Technology Center in Vienna, WV. We are not a branch of West Virginia University. We are dedicated to teaching and are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission to offer certificates, associate and bachelors degrees.
Adjunct faculty appointments are part-time temporary, non-benefits-eligible assignments for one semester in duration, with a teaching load not to exceed 9 credit hours.

Responsibilities
The majority of instructional duties will be at the main campus in Parkersburg, but may also include the instruction of classes at the Jackson County Center in Ripley or at the Innovation Technology Center in Vienna. Teaching assignments may include evening, weekend, hybrid and/or totally on-line instruction.
Requirements
- A Masters degree in Psychology or closely related discipline from a recognized, regionally accredited college or university OR
- A Masters degree with a minimum of 18 semester hours graduate credit in Psychology or closely related discipline.
- College-level teaching experience. (preferred)
