WVRC Media in Martinsburg, WV has an immediate opening for a full-time sales assistant/office manager who is organized, upbeat, responsible, and has a positive attitude. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general office reception/phone duties, working closely with account managers in fulfilling customer needs, traffic/continuity, record keeping, maintaining personnel files, and general direction of office. Previous office experience is preferred, but not required. Other requirements include reliable transportation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good time management, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications, and ability to pay close attention to detail.
