West View Cunningham Co. Inc. is a dynamic local Distributor and Manufacturer’s rep of industrial pumps and related equipment, as well as a designer of reliable, cost-effective engineered systems for fluid handling applications in the industrial, chemical, oil & gas, steel, mining, power generation, refining, and other industries in western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, West Virginia, eastern Kentucky, and western Maryland. Our headquarters is located in Oakdale, PA and a branch facility in Parkersburg, WV.

We are seeking a hardworking and ambitious Inside Sales person to work out of our Oakdale, PA facility. The primary function of this position is to support the Outside Sales group and be involved in the daily operations at the facility.

Responsibilities include:

· Generation of quotations. Equipment will be applications for pumps, motors, parts, spares and systems in response to customer’s needs.

· Analyzing, planning, scheduling, coordinating and executing the technical and management aspects of assigned projects from conception to completion as per customers’ drawings and specifications.

· Communicate with new prospects and existing customers to identify, understand and support their needs

· Accountable for the successful completion of assigned work.

· Create, provide and clearly communicate information with all appropriate departments (internal and external) to complete the work as originally proposed, on-time all while minimizing rework.

· Maintain relationships and customer loyalty

· Develop and maintain relations with our suppliers

· Assist and travel with project startups or customer visits when required.

Qualifications include:

· A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline is preferred, but not required.

· 1 - 2 years of proven work experience preferably in the industrial marketplace.

· Professional individual with excellent organizational, documentation and communication skills (both written and oral)

· Detail oriented individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, to work on your own, bring forth new innovations, think through problems and provide proactive solutions.

· High level of computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

· Adhere to company policies and procedures

· Accomplish goals, meet deadlines and objectives

· Ability to pass drug screen and background check

· Inside Sales experience a plus

· CAD or Solid Works drafting and design experience preferred, but not required.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible to work in the USA.

Additional Qualifications:

· Ability to operate a forklift (training can be provided)

· Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
