Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and supplies to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform general site cleanup including debris removal, sweeping, and waste disposal to maintain a safe work environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, materials, or assistance as needed throughout projects.
- Operate basic equipment such as hand tools and other machinery under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors.
- Help set up work zones, prepare surfaces, and assist with minor repairs or installations when required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards.
Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently.
