We are looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team. In this role, you will work side-by-side with experienced lead installers to install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Assist Lead Technicians: Support the installation of furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork.
- Tool & Material Management: Ensure trucks are properly loaded and maintain a clean, organized work site.
- Hands-on Learning: Gaining experience with brazing, piping (gas and drain lines), and electrical wiring.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain work performed and ensure satisfaction.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all OSHA safety protocols and local building codes.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Mechanically Inclined: Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces like attics or crawlspaces.
- Reliability: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Certifications: EPA 608 Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it within 90 days).
