Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician with water heater installation experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude are a must.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Provide accurate explanations of issues and solutions to customers
- Complete required paperwork, job reports, and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Deliver excellent customer service on every job
- Experience with installing water heaters
- Perform other duties as assigned (all duties are not listed)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (preferred)
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in attics, roofs, and crawl spaces
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
