West Texas Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing multispecialty clinic in Brownwood, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to begin in a part-time role with the potential to transition into a full-time position as our patient population continues to grow.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan
- Perform preventive health exams, routine physicals, and follow-up visits
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with state regulations
- Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current Texas NP or PA license (or ability to obtain before employment)
- Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care
- Previous outpatient or primary care experience preferred
