MATH TEACHERWest Springfield High SchoolWest Springfield High School is seeking a dynamic and student centered Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive learning environment, supporting diverse learners, and delivering engaging, standards based instruction.Responsibilities: - Teach assigned mathematics classes at designated times and locations- Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to students developmental levels- Plan and deliver standards aligned lessons that support district curriculum goals- Establish and communicate clear learning objectives for lessons and units- Use a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to meet diverse student needs- Assess student progress regularly and provide timely feedback and required reports- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues- Maintain accurate and complete records in accordance with district and state requirements- Ensure the safety and well-being of students, materials, and school facilitiesQualifications: -Massachusetts D.E.S.E.
