Full-Time Liquor Store Cashier
West Side Liquors is hiring a dependable full-time cashier to assist customers, operate the register, stock merchandise, and keep the store clean and organized.
Pay: $12.00 per hour plus tips
Location: 501 N Tekoppel Avenue, Evansville, IN 47712
Schedule:
Flexible availability is required for daytime and evening shifts, weekdays, and holidays.
- Morning shift: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Evening shift: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly customer service and operate the register
- Accurately handle cash and credit-card transactions
- Open and close the store during assigned shifts
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle invoices and vendor paperwork as needed
- Communicate clearly with management about store needs, inventory, and shift issues
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- A valid Indiana liquor server permit is required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds
- Must be able to stand and move throughout the shift
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work independently without constant supervision
- Must be receptive to direction and constructive feedback
Pay: $12.00 per hour
