Compensation: $17.25 per hour, after 90 days $17.75, after 1 year $18.25

About the Role
As a Merchandiser – Sales Support, you’ll help ensure our products are always fresh, available, and presented to drive sales. You’ll support the sales team by stocking shelves, rotating inventory, creating eye-catching displays, and maintaining strong relationships with retail staff.

What You’ll Do
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with beer and beverage products
- Rotate inventory to maintain freshness
- Build and maintain displays that drive sales
- Place promotional signs and price tags as directed
- Track and report inventory needs to sales and delivery teams
- Communicate with retail staff and represent the company professionally
- Support the sales team with in-store merchandising initiatives
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance meeting company requirements (the company requirements will be provided during the interview process)
- Reliable personal vehicle for store visits
- Ability to lift and move beverage cases regularly
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Customer-service mindset for interacting with store staff
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.
- Stand for long periods; climb, bend, squat, reach frequently
