Job Summary

Job Summary
As the Vice President of Training at West Shore Home, you will oversee the operation and utilization of two state-of-the-art training centers and ensure training initiatives drive comprehension, adoption, and sustained performance improvement across the organization.
Key Role Accountabilities
- Establish and lead a comprehensive enterprise training strategy aligned with West Shore Home’s growth plans, operational priorities, and customer experience standards.
- Conduct ongoing strategic assessments to identify enterprise skill gaps, training needs, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide executive leadership for Corporate Training, ensuring enterprise standards, methodologies, and instructional quality are consistently applied.
- Ensure training center experiences are modern, immersive, and aligned with real-world execution.
- Establish standards for effective training delivery across all modalities (in-person, virtual, on-demand, blended).
- Ensure training content is designed for strong comprehension and real-world application.
- Define, monitor, and report on training effectiveness.
- Use data and feedback to continuously refine training strategy, content, and delivery methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in training or learning and development within a multi-site, high-growth organization.
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience overseeing enterprise, corporate, or functional training teams, including responsibility for strategy and results.
- Demonstrated experience designing and scaling enterprise-wide training strategies that support rapid growth, operational complexity, and workforce expansion.
