As a Media Coordinator at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by focusing on key components of West Shore Home’s marketing strategies, compiling marketing funnel data, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also assist in organizing guest appearances on television stations.

As a Media Coordinator at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by focusing on key components of West Shore Home’s marketing strategies, compiling marketing funnel data, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also assist in organizing guest appearances on television stations.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Successfully complete initial onboarding and training to learn the marketing funnel analytics documents, television strategies, Salesforce reporting, and call tracking dashboard.
- Compile marketing funnel data by a clearly defined deadline each week. Accurate data is used by the entire marketing team to make weekly adjustments to the advertising strategy.
- Verify daily that all sales leads generated via phone on the previous day are properly attributed to the correct Salesforce campaign.
- Obtain advance copies (pre-logs) and copies of the previous week’s flight schedules (post-logs) from stations and communicate any differences between the Company’s intended advertising schedule and the TV station’s records.
- Send new creative and direction to television stations as needed.

At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- College Degree preferred.
- Prior Experience 3-5 years of Marketing preferred.
- Experience and understanding of navigating all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to pass a basic skills assessment in Excel.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00-5:00 PM
- Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (On-Site)
