Location: Onsite – Mechanicsburg, PA
Duration: 12 Weeks | May 26 – August 14, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Purpose Of Internship
Partner with our Organizational Development team to design, develop, and launch engaging learning materials that support employee development and leadership growth.
Primary Responsibilities & Projects
Education, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Curriculum Design/Development, Instructional Design, Learning and Development, English, Professional Writing, Human Resources with a focus on training.
