Position: Conversion Rate Optimization Manager
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose Of Position
As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at West Shore Home, you will be the owner and strategic leader of the Digital team’s Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program, driving measurable improvements across landing pages and the core website. This position will oversee CRO strategy and execution and collaborate cross-functionally to serve as the decision maker for prioritizing CRO experiments and allocating resources to align with company growth targets.

This position will oversee CRO strategy and execution and collaborate cross-functionally to serve as the decision maker for prioritizing CRO experiments and allocating resources to align with company growth targets.
Key Role Accountabilities
- Manage the Landing Page Specialist to execute high-quality tests, landing page builds, and optimization initiatives.
- Lead CRO efforts on Instapage & Webflow landing pages and the core website, including ideation, development oversight, QA, launch, and performance analysis of all experiments.
- Own the company’s experimentation roadmap using VWO as the central CRO platform, including hypothesis development, KPI selection, experiment design, execution, and post-test analysis.
- Use Microsoft Clarity and other analytics tools to uncover user behavior insights that inform testing priorities and UX improvements.
- Report on CRO program performance, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to Senior Marketing leadership to inform business decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2-3 years of experience with conversion rate optimization.
- Hand-on experience with VWO (or other CRO platforms), Instapage, Webflow, Microsoft Clarity (or other heat mapping tools), GA4, digital analytics tools, and data visualization platforms
