INSTRUCTIONAL INTERVENTIONIST

Purpose: To supplement reading, math and science instruction for students who are close to grade level proficiency and to provide enrichment for students to support academic growth.

Qualifications:
Ability to relate to children and to provide instructional activities in collaboration with teacher.

College degree required

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide supplemental instruction to students close to proficiency or right at proficiency.

   Provide enrichment of reading, math or science skills.

• Collaborate with classroom teacher to prepare lessons, materials, and activities that supplements classroom reading, math or science instruction for students close to or just at proficiency with grade level standards.
  • Adhere to the federal guidelines regarding non-instructional assignments/duties.
