What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Receptionist / Order Picker position at West Penn Hardwoods, Inc.?
Looking for a candidate that can do office work, with the possibility of picking orders in our warehouse, including:
- computer work (Quickbooks, Shopify, Outlook)
- checking customers out
- shipping/receiving orders
- answering phones and customer support
Looking for skills and experience in:

We are a small, family-owned business that specializes in both retail and wholesale hardwood products. We also operate a retail storefront, so working directly with customers is an important part of the role.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated and interested in growing with the company, with the potential to take on a management position over time.
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employees are expected to work two to three Saturdays per month and will receive a weekday off during any week they are scheduled to work a Saturday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
