Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic information to customers and visitors
- Assist with placing claim orders
- Edit CIA and 50/50 Orders
- Process production tickets and law labeling
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
