WOCAP, a local non-profit organization, is seeking qualified candidates for an enthusiastic and community-focused Family and Community Support Coordinator at our Central location. This position is a 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year.
Responsibilities include:
1. Provide leadership, training, and guidance to Family Service Workers.
2. Coordinate family partnership services and parent engagement activities.
3. Develop relationships with community organizations and service providers.
4. Monitory attendance, referrals, family goals, and service outcomes.
5. Lead parent involvement initiatives and support recruitment and enrollment efforts.
Requirements include:
MUST be able to pass drug screen and background check.
Bachelor's degree in Family Development, Human Services or related field. Minimum two year's related experience. Strong leadership, communication, and community engagement skills.
Valid Ohio driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and privately-owned vehicle during
working hours required. Ability to check electronic mail, entering data into program specific
software for required reports, and Internet skills required.
