Customer Service Rep/Outside Sales Support

Role Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is a supporting role to Outside Sales Representatives and is responsible for order entry and primary day-to-day customer communication. The CSR will accurately and promptly entering orders so our production team can create a quality product matching the customers specifications. This role is 100% On-Site.

Responsibilities

  • Works directly and supports assigned Outside Sales Representative
  • Review orders received for price, quantity and delivery
  • Checks and maintains customer inventory in the database as well as in the warehouse
  • Processes customer orders, verifying lead-time, pricing and documentation
  • Reviews and evaluates Requests for Quotes
  • Works with internal teams to communicate order updates to customers
  • Prioritizes customer demands
  • Builds detailed order package

Skills

  • Decision making capability and able to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
  • Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook & Excel
  • Working with Business Central ERP systems required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities / adaptable/ ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and well organized.
  • Understanding of Graphic Design is a plus but not required.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
