What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities/Maintenance Position position at West Holt Medical Services?
West Holt Medical Services is seeking a new member of our Facilities/Maintenance Team! This job requires an individual who has the ability, knowledge, and experience to keep the facility in good working order and appearance. This position will be in repair and maintenance throughout the entire WHMS facility so experience in electrical, mechanical, and general repair is valuable.
The facilities team is also involved in facility safety, managing fire drills, snow removal, damage repairs, and any other general duties that might include keeping our facility a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and patients.
Full or part time hours are available. This is an on-call position and must live within 30 minutes of the West Holt Medical Services facility. On-call schedule would include a rotation of evenings between 5pm and 6am, and every third weekend.
This position requires use of the company vehicle. Clean Motor Vehicle Report required.
