The Medical Clinic Manager position is an integral part of the exceptional quality healthcare experience at WFPC. This position is a part of the administrative leadership team and is responsible for the clinical department and support operations. The Medical Clinic Manager works closely with our providers and is a resource to ensure our high standards of quality care for all medical staff.
As the Medical Clinic Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for direct management of clinical department operations, including staff hiring and supervision
- Manage ordering and inventory for clinical operations, including immunizations
- Support the day-to-day workflow of clinical service areas
- Be responsible for efficient integration of all parts of clinical department activity into front office, support, and financial workflows
- Be an active member of the management leadership team
- Serve as primary OSHA, MICR, and CLIA officer.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in clinical leadership and work in a healthcare setting
- Experience managing staff in a medical care practice
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of OSHA and CLIA
- Experience with immunization inventory management
- Experience with EMR/computer knowledge
- Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
