Summary
We are seeking a passionate Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team at West Emory Child Enrichment Center. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a positive learning environment for young children, helping them develop essential skills for their future.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
- Foster a safe and engaging classroom environment for children to explore and learn.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Implement behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among students.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
