What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant/Toddler Teacher position at Wonderland Children's Academy?
Come Join Our Team!! Wonderland Children' Academy is looking for a Infant/Toddler Teacher at our Merchant location which is located at 2525 Merchant Drive. Our Center hours are 7:00 am - 6:00 pm- Monday-Friday. Must be available to work until 6:00 pm if needed. Sign On Bonus! - $250-$500!!
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Plan, prepare, and implement developmentally appropriate activities (i.e. learning centers, curriculum implementation, art projects, and story time).
- Prepare materials and lessons for each day.
- Attend children's basic needs by making sure they are fed (breakfast, lunch, snack) when required.
- Establish and enforce guidelines/rules established by the Department of Human Services for a licensed provider/agency.
- Embrace our philosophy and vision towards the center.

- Treat children, parents, and staff with respect and dignity.
- Arrive for work and meetings on time.
- Meet licensing requirements outlined by DHS for educators.

Qualifications
- Experience working with children in daycare or educational settings is a plus but not mandatory
- Classroom management skills and ability to create engaging learning environments
- Working Knowledge of childhood development practices
- Must Have A High School Diploma
