Infant/Toddler Teacher

Come Join Our Team!! Wonderland Children' Academy is looking for a Infant/Toddler Teacher at our Merchant location which is located at 2525 Merchant Drive. Our Center hours are 7:00 am - 6:00 pm- Monday-Friday. Must be available to work until 6:00 pm if needed. Sign On Bonus! - $250-$500!!

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Plan, prepare, and implement developmentally appropriate activities (i.e. learning centers, curriculum implementation, art projects, and story time).
• Prepare materials and lessons for each day.
• Attend children's basic needs by making sure they are fed (breakfast, lunch, snack) when required.
• Establish and enforce guidelines/rules established by the Department of Human Services for a licensed provider/agency.
• Embrace our philosophy and vision towards the center.

• Treat children, parents, and staff with respect and dignity.
• Arrive for work and meetings on time.
• Meet licensing requirements outlined by DHS for educators.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in daycare or educational settings is a plus but not mandatory
• Classroom management skills and ability to create engaging learning environments
• Working Knowledge of childhood development practices
• Must Have A High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
