What You Will Do:

• Teach 3rd Grade English Language Arts using engaging, standards-based instruction

• Develop students' reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, and communication skills

• Prepare students for academic success and state assessments

• Use student data to drive instruction and close learning gaps

• Create a structured, positive, and supportive classroom environment

• Participate in collaborative PLC meetings focused on student growth

• Communicate regularly with parents and families

• Implement intervention and enrichment strategies for diverse learners

• Support schoolwide expectations, culture, and Leader in Me initiatives

• Build strong relationships with students while maintaining high academic expectations
