Night Auditor (Part Time)

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the overnight shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

Responsibilities

· Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness

· Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments

· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

· Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift

· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

· Prepare reports summarizing daily financial activities

· Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skill

· Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service

· Experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar establishment

· Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems

· Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers

· Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and empathy

· Marriott experience is a plus

Expected hours: 16-32 per week
