Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary
The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in assisting our sales team with accurate material ordering, job setup, and communication with suppliers and crews. This is a behind-the-scenes role that keeps the engine running—ideal for someone who knows roofing and siding materials inside and out and takes pride in accuracy, speed, and organization.

Duties

• Assist in writing estimates for Sales team.
• Assist sales reps by reviewing job specs, color selections, and scope accuracy
• Accurately order roofing and siding materials based on job scope and contracts
• Confirm product availability, delivery dates, and pricing with suppliers
• Maintain strong relationships with supply reps and coordinate special orders as needed
• Track material deliveries and resolve issues with suppliers when needed
• Upload material orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations into AccuLynx
• Ensure all necessary documents are ready for production
• Communicate with crews about special materials or install instructions
• Support the sales and production teams with additional tasks as needed

Skills

• Experience in writing roofing/siding work orders & estimates is necessary.
• Experience in roofing/siding material ordering is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of roofing components, siding systems, and supplier processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read scopes, estimates, and material take-offs
• Familiarity with AccuLynx or similar CRM/project management platforms preferred
• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working independently and juggling multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
