Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day operations including production, scheduling, ordering, and supplements
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
- Monitor job progress and proactively resolve delays, issues, and bottlenecks
- Drive accountability and execution across all departments
Process Improvement & Scalability
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems, processes, and workflows
- Standardize operations across departments to improve efficiency and consistency
Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead and support production teams, field crews, and administrative staff
- Establish clear expectations, roles, and accountability measures
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture rooted in professionalism and efficiency
Customer Experience & Communication
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience from project start through completion
- Resolve escalated customer issues and protect the company’s reputation
Financial Performance & Reporting
- Oversee job costing, labor efficiency, material usage, and gross margin performance
- Drive profitability through operational efficiencies and disciplined cost control
- Establish and monitor company-wide KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5 years of operations or leadership experience, preferably in construction or home services
- Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen with experience in job costing and performance metrics
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to lead across departments
- Experience with CRM or project management systems (AccuLynx preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
