Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the roofing division, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
- Lead, manage, and support roofing teams to maintain a productive and positive work environment
- Conduct roof inspections and prepare accurate estimates
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business growth
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Address and resolve operational challenges to minimize project delays
- Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, project management, or commercial roofing
- Proven experience with sales and roofing estimates
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
