THE BASICS
Pay: With a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour, this part-time role offers a chance to be a vital part of our team during the busy summer months.
Schedule: As a Seasonal Customer Service Rep, you will work a flexible part-time schedule. Your hours will be Tuesday through Friday, sometime between 3 AM and 7 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM. This schedule allows for a great work-life balance while providing consistent part-time hours.
YOUR DAY AS A SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
In this office role, you will start your day by answering incoming calls, providing friendly and helpful assistance to our valued customers. You will spend part of your day scanning and copying important documents, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Coordinating vendor deliveries and service schedules will be another key task, requiring you to liaise with vendors and our service team to keep everything running smoothly. Additionally, you will run various errands for the office, helping to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities to support our team and customers.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with dispatching, ServiceTitan, or customer service is preferred but not required.
