Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and helps ensure a positive experience for pets and their owners.

Schedule
Full time: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 4 days per week
1 hour lunch break
No weekends or evenings
Part time may be available

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets and maintain a welcoming reception area
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Enter client and patient information into the computer system
• Generate invoices and process payments
• Maintain accurate records and client communication notes
• Assist with patient check in and discharge instructions
• Help keep the lobby clean and organized

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• Veterinary experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion for animals and their owners
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
