Veterinary Receptionist (Full-Time)
Location: Burlington, MA
Hours:
- Monday: 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
- Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:15 PM
- Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM

Burlington Animal Clinic is a busy, one-doctor veterinary practice that primarily cares for small animals. We're known for our long-standing relationships with clients—often seeing generations of families and their pets. We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and animal-loving individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist.
Position Overview:
This position is for a veterinary receptionist. Veterinary experience is preferred, but not required. You will be responsible for answering the phone and checking clients in and out of their appointments. There is a lot of phone time. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and like talking to people. You'll be a key part of our team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations while also supporting our mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Pay is negotiable for someone with veterinary experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and checking in patients
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications
- Handling payments for services rendered
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Helping maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for clients and staff
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Veterinary or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required
