Role Description
West Coast Tour Partners is seeking a dynamic and engaging Tour Guide to join our team full-time. Based on-site in Seattle, WA, the Tour Guide will lead guests on interactive, story-driven tours, ensuring each participant has a memorable and enjoyable experience. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, sharing historical and cultural knowledge, and promoting any related product or partnership offerings during tours.
Qualifications
- Experience with Guided Tours and sharing local knowledge to enhance guest experiences
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests and create a welcoming environment
- Enthusiasm for History and storytelling to bring destinations and adventures to life
- Sales skills to promote tour add-ons, merchandise, or related offerings
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
- Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Seattle and surrounding areas is a strong advantage
- First aid certification is a plus

- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to stand and/or move for extended periods (up to 90 minutes or more)
- Positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
- Weekend and flexible availability preferred

- Experience in tour guiding, hospitality, or customer service
- Background in acting, improv, music, or public speaking
- Experience working with groups or live audiences
