Role Description

West Coast Tour Partners is seeking a dynamic and engaging Tour Guide to join our team full-time. Based on-site in Seattle, WA, the Tour Guide will lead guests on interactive, story-driven tours, ensuring each participant has a memorable and enjoyable experience. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, sharing historical and cultural knowledge, and promoting any related product or partnership offerings during tours.

Qualifications

• Experience with Guided Tours and sharing local knowledge to enhance guest experiences
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests and create a welcoming environment
• Enthusiasm for History and storytelling to bring destinations and adventures to life
• Sales skills to promote tour add-ons, merchandise, or related offerings
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
• Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Seattle and surrounding areas is a strong advantage
• First aid certification is a plus

• Outgoing, confident personality—comfortable speaking to groups
• Strong communication skills and natural stage presence
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand and/or move for extended periods (up to 90 minutes or more)
• Positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
• Weekend and flexible availability preferred

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in tour guiding, hospitality, or customer service
• Background in acting, improv, music, or public speaking
• Experience working with groups or live audiences
