Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tour Guide / Driver for a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA. The Tour Guide / Driver will be responsible for leading guided tours, providing engaging and informative commentary, and cultivating a positive experience for customers. Responsibilities include safely transporting passengers to various destinations, sharing knowledge of local history and landmarks, answering customer inquiries, and promoting additional services or sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in delivering engaging Guided Tours and sharing knowledge of local History to provide an authentic and informative experience.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of passengers and address their questions or concerns.
- Experience with Sales or promoting additional services to contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Passion for storytelling, local culture, and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate tour schedules.
