The Position: Your Role as VAS Specialist
As a Value Added Services (VAS) Specialist, you are the key figure in ensuring the smooth operation of all our value-added services. The focus is on precise process management, planning, and administration. You ensure that customer wishes are translated into concrete actions in the warehouse, ranging from labeling and repacking to creating mixed boxes.
You are the essential link between the Customer, Sales, and the Supply Chain department. You work independently from our office in Hoofddorp or Leiden.
What Will You Do?
Order Management: You process and manage a broad and complex range of VAS orders in our database.
Quality Assurance: You continuously monitor the quality of the delivered services and processes.
Purchasing & Logistics: You are responsible for the ordering and correct processing of labels/stickers and translations.
Planning & Inventory: You perform stock control and draw up forecasts in collaboration with the repackers.
Communication: You ensure clear communication by asking proactive questions to unambiguously translate requests from Sales and Supply Chain into operations.
Administration: You take care of correct and accurate order administration.

What Do You Bring?
You are a proactive, independent professional with an affinity for the dynamics of logistics and supply chain.
Education & Experience: You have a completed MBO or HBO degree (preferably Business Administration or Logistics) and 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Mentality: You are outgoing, entrepreneurial, and not afraid to ask questions. You are perfectly capable of working independently.
Logistics Knowledge: You have experience with logistical processes and documentation.
Languages: You are fluent in Dutch & English (both spoken and written).
Flexibility: You are available for 40 hours per week.
Practical: You possess a driver's license and are willing to travel between Hoofddorp and Leiden. The option to work from home one day a week is negotiable.
Bonus: Experience with Excel and spreadsheets.
