The Role

What Will You Do?
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships within the French speaking region.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to support our growth objectives.
Market Analysis: Analyze market developments and identify commercial opportunities.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiation processes and close deals with a focus on win-win outcomes.
Collaboration: Work intensively with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Performance Analysis: Utilize CRM systems to monitor customer data, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

What Do You Bring?
At least 4 years of proven experience in account management or a similar commercial role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
A completed bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Solid knowledge of market dynamics and customer behaviour within the DACH region.
Independent, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve commercial success.
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
