Receptionist at Chiropractic Office

West Coast Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and wants consistent weekday hours in a positive healthcare environment.

Schedule:
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming office environment
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Managing patient check-in and check-out
• Collecting payments and verifying basic insurance info
• Maintaining front desk organization and cleanliness
• Supporting the doctor with light administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Previous front desk or medical office experience is a plus (not required)
