Schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri - 8am-12:30pm & 2:30pm-6pm Thurs: 8am-11am

What You’ll Do:
- Be the welcoming face and voice of our wellness center
- Manage a multi-line phone system and greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and ensure patient flow runs smoothly
- Verify insurance eligibility and accurately input CPT codes
- Utilize various tech platforms for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping
- Support patients with therapies and other in-office needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful front office environment
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional experience
Compensation:
- $23/hour base
- Bonus $1-3/hr
- Performance bonus opportunities
