Office and Communication Coordinator
We are looking for someone who is steady, warm, responsible, and naturally trusted by others. This role is about more than managing a front desk. It is about helping families feel welcomed, keeping the studio calm and organized, and supporting the people who make our community work.

The Role
As Office and Communication Coordinator, you are often the first and last interaction families and contacts have with the studio each day. You set the tone with clear communication, patience, follow-through, and care.
Hours
Monday-Thursday 4:00-9:15pm
Saturday 8:00am-12:30pm
Responsibilities
· Welcome students, parents, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.
· Manage scheduling, class check-ins, phone calls, emails, family questions, and internal updates.
· Keep the front desk organized and help the studio run smoothly during busy hours.
· Support instructors so classes begin on time and families receive consistent information.
· Assist with website updates, public relations communication, and basic administrative tasks as needed.
