Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere and other brands of Ag and Turf equipment, and STIHL handheld equipment
- Perform setup and pre-delivery preparation of new equipment
- Maintain current knowledge of John Deere products and competitive products
- Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Complete reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignment

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of tractors or construction equipment is considered a plus but not a requirement
- Ability to use special tools and follow technical manual procedures
- Ability to use computer-based Service Advisor and other software programs
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Standard Toolbox required, specialized tools provided by company
- Must be willing to download company apps on your personal phone
