Role Description
We are seeking an Intake - Access Clinician to join our dedicated team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Claremont, NH, and involves conducting initial assessments, providing crisis interventions, and facilitating access to mental health services for individuals and families. The clinician will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain accurate documentation, and help clients navigate treatment options. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to ensure client-centered care.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills including assessment, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning
- Experience in providing crisis intervention and short-term counseling
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of mental health resources and community support systems
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
- License or eligibility for licensure in the State of New Hampshire (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW)
- Experience in mental health services or a related field is preferred
