Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Child and Adolescent Clinician, based in Claremont, NH, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The clinician will provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with families, schools, and other care providers, and documenting clinical progress. The role requires close coordination with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and improve outcomes for young clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing individual, family, and group therapy, including implementing evidence-based treatment approaches and strategies.
- Strong skills in conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients, families, and community partners.
- Understanding of ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and clinical documentation practices.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field, with appropriate licensure or license eligibility (e.g., LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT).
- Experience working with children and adolescents is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a hybrid in-office and remote environment.
