What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with mortgage questions and guiding them through the beginning of the lending process.
- Conduct initial client pre-qualifications.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, texts, and email campaigns.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients while providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain accurate client records using our CRM and mortgage software.
- Work alongside experienced Loan Officers and Branch Managers while learning every aspect of the mortgage business.
- Continuously develop your sales, communication, and mortgage knowledge through ongoing coaching and training.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and desire to learn.
- Sales, customer service, banking, or mortgage experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable using a computer, phone, and CRM systems.
