Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance Analyst at West Capital Lending, located in Irvine, CA. The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and identifying risks to ensure adherence to industry laws and regulations. Daily tasks may include analyzing financial data, preparing compliance reports, assisting in the development of compliance policies, and effectively communicating findings to internal teams. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Compliance and related industry regulations
- Proven Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and concise reporting
- Experience in Finance and understanding of financial principles and processes
- Background in Auditing, including conducting audits and evaluating internal controls
- Proficiency in risk assessment and policy development is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
